UA to GA4 Migration

The focus of this engagement was the migration from Universal Analytics to GA4 in a larger enterprise context. This included the concept and setup of client-side GA4 tags in Google Tag Manager, alignment of events and parameters, and quality assurance of the implementation. The goal was a reliable GA4 setup that captures key user interactions cleanly and can be used as a foundation for analysis, reporting and optimization.

Browser Tracking Extension

The Browser Tracking Extension is an internal tooling project for structured analysis of personal browser activity. A Chrome Manifest V3 extension sends privacy-conscious, redacted events through a Cloud Run API into BigQuery. Historical Chrome history data can also be sanitized and imported. The project combines extension development, API design, BigQuery schema work, live sync, a local queue and future analytics models.
